Stay cool in summer with the split system aircon in the upper and lower levels & enjoy movie night with free high speed internet. Linen and bath towels are provided, just bring your beach towels. Off street parking is provided with a large undercover area with 3m clearance for a boat with car connected plus a fenced yard - 1 outside dog is permitted with approval.
Please note directive for use of the roof top viewing area - children must be supervised at all times & be accompanied by an adult. The access hatch needs to be kept closed when not in use.
