The Space:

The house features three spacious bedrooms designed for comfort. Bedroom 1 offers a queen-size bed, while Bedroom 2 provides a queen-size bed, and Bedroom 3 includes two single beds and a trundle bed, accommodating various sleeping arrangements. The bathroom is equipped with a single spa bath and a separate shower for your convenience. The living area includes a fold-out sofa, perfect for additional guests. Please note that guests are required to bring their own linen. To ensure a comfortable stay during warmer months, a large air conditioning unit is installed in the back bedroom, effectively cooling the entire house. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there's a dedicated fish cleaning area. Additionally, the property boasts a large dam at the back, along with an outdoor fire area, ideal for enjoying sunsets and stargazing. The property is conveniently located, offering an easy drive to town and the boat ramp.



Guest Access:

The house and yard is yours, the sheds are locked and not usable the large outdoor portable spa is also unable to be used.

Part of the house is locked off and not accessible.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the BBQ area is fenced, making it suitable for small pets during your stay. However, due to the local wildlife, the property isn't fully fenced, so large dogs are not recommended. Pets are allowed outdoors only. To conserve water, please refrain from washing boats at the property; instead, utilize the facilities at 1770 Boat Storage.
