The kitchen area, configured as a kitchenette, is equipped with 4 induction hot plates, a mini-oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level features 2 individual beds and is served by a private bathroom complete with shower, bidet, and WC, with its own exit to the terrace. It is important to note that this bedroom and its corresponding bathroom are accessible only via an external entrance. A second bedroom on the property is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds, sleeping 2 guests. The third bedroom is a double room and also enjoys a direct exit to the terrace.
