Apartment "Casa Pineta" with Splendid Sea View, Private Garden, Terrace & A/C

On the north coast of Sardinia, near the Costa Smeralda, separated from the sea by a pine grove is the resort of Rena Majore. A good infrastructure and the fantastic, flat-sloping beach with the turquoise blue sea invites you to stay. An ideal place for families with children and also very popular with couples. At the beach section Paradise Beach was filmed in the summer of 2021 the Disney remake of Ariele Mermaid!

About one kilometer from the fine sandy beach, the apartment "Casa Pineta" is surrounded by beautiful flowering Mediterranean gardens.

Quiet location and yet close to the center with short distances (approx. 500-600 m) to all the amenities you need during your vacation (supermarket, bar, restaurant, gelateria, pharmacy).

For children there is a water park/swimming pool nearby (use for a fee).

The apartment has a bedroom and a living- and dining room with a very well equipped kitchen with electric and gas stove, oven, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron.

A bedroom with double bed, a sofa bed for 1 person, a bathroom with shower/WC, bidet. The apartment can accommodate max. 3 people.

The spacious, lockable terrace area (18 qm) including sun awning, with magnificent sea views you can reach from the living room.

From there you can experience the beautiful sunsets of Sardinia.



The equipment also includes air conditioning, a washing machine, DAB-Radio, Smart-TV.



Outside there is a staircase that leads you directly to a private garden.

In this small loving oasis you can enjoy the warm summer wind under the shady trees.

In the garden there is also a stone barbecue, as well as a seating area that invites you to linger comfortably.



The beautiful and spacious beach of Rena Majore can be reached in a few minutes by car or by a nice walk along the pine-lined road (about 10 minutes).

The village of Rena Majore is just a few kilometers away from beautiful and renowned resorts such as Santa Teresa di Gallura (approx.10 km) and Capo Testa with embarkation to Corsica, Palau with embarkation to the islands of La Maddalena and Caprera (21 km), Costa Paradiso (31 km). The nearest ports and airports are Olbia Costa Smeralda (60 km), Porto Cervo (50 km), Porto Rotondo (60 km), Alghero airport (129 km), Porto Torres (90 km).
