Villa Kastalia is situated in a steep hill with stunning views over the East coast of Crete. This stylish 3 bedroom villa is your perfect escape with a plethora of shops, eateries and a bakery all within 10 minutes' walk. Away from this idyllic setting, you can take a 5 minute drive to the sandy bay of Agios Panteleimonas, with soft golden sand backed by spectacular coves. Wifi and air-conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, lounge and games room are included. When viewing on the map, please note that the villa is not visible yet due to it being a new build.

This detached villa is less than 15 minutes' walk downhill to a selection of cafes, mini markets and local traditional tavernas. For beach lovers the area has several well-known beaches, Voulisma and Aghios Panteleimonas both only a 5 minutes' drive with glorious sands, plenty of water sports and amazing crystal clear waters. The charming resort of Aghios Nikolaos is easily accessible by car and is well worth visiting, with a picturesque harbour, laid-back beach life and pavement cafes.
