The villa is located on the ground floor of a three-storey residence and has its own private independent entrance and private parking. The hosts live on the upper floors, who will be happy to serve you to enjoy the Cretan hospitality and satisfy your wishes! The quiet and peaceful location away from the noise of the city, the private pool and a multitude of activities in the nearby areas will give you a dream vacation.

EXTERIOR
Princess Sissi is surrounded by a large, comfortable and well-kept outdoor area with a private pool and a panoramic view of nature that creates relaxation and well-being. It has a large dining room and an outdoor seating area with various decorative touches.Also, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking.

INTERIOR
The villa also stands out for its well-kept interior. It has a spacious living room overlooking the pool, TV, sound system, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Moving forward, we find four air-conditioned bedrooms that sleep up to nine people and two bathrooms.

The first bedroom has a king-size super-double wooden bed, the second and third two 90*200 single beds, which can be used both separately and joined together, and the fourth has a single bed with a desk. The second bedroom has a smaller kitchen with its own private entrance, leading to the backyard.

Princess Sissi is located in Sissi Lasithiou, a quiet and seaside village on the northern shores of the municipality of Agios Nikolaos. The area has been inhabited since the Minoan era, which is proven by the archaeological findings on Kefali hill, near Boufos beach. Sissi is a real paradise for nature lovers, ideal for walking, with a natural harbor that creates the feeling of a lagoon. It has a supermarket, pharmacy, medical center, ATM, gas station, restaurants, taverns, and other shops.

This picturesque village is close to popular tourist destinations of Crete,such as Heraklion, the Minoan palace of Knossos, the aquarium "CretAquarium", the water parks "Aquaplus", "Watercity", the Crete Golf club, the "Lyttos Beach Tennis Academy", the "Kalimera Kriti Tennis Club", the Malia, Hersonissos, Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi Plateau, Spinalonga, Elounda, Plaka, etc., so you will be able to enjoy quite a wide range of activities. MOVEMENT
Access to and from Princess Sissi can be done by car, taxi, and even the intercity bus. Upon request, our partners can take care of your transportation to our place for an extra fee.
Heraklion Airport "Nikos Kazantzakis" and Port: about 40 km / 30 minutes drive
Heraklion Intercity Bus/KTEL: the journey takes approximately 50 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. The nearest intercity bus stop is a 3-minute drive away.

A car rental service is available at the villa upon prior arrangement.

BEACHES
The closest beaches from Princess Sissi are Boufos and Avlaki beach (about 5 minutes drive), Kalimera Crete beach (about 5 minutes drive and three minutes walk), Limani beach (about 3 minutes drive) and Potamos beach ( about 7 minutes of driving). Other beaches worth visiting: Milatos, Voulisma, Kolokytha, Plaka, Elounda, Ammoudi, Almyros, Stalida, etc.
