- New Luxurious Villa ( finished in June 2020) located secluded from its twin Villa Eagle (2-10 pers) on a 6500 m2 gated plot of beautiful wild cretan landscape with a large 9m x 5m white your private unshared marble surrounded solar heated private Infinity Pool with breathtaking seaview AND YOUR private unshared beach area directly adjacent to Plaka Beach with your private reserved beach chairs (logically also not shared;) and direct access to Plaka beach and the sea only 4 minutes by car downhill from your villa. (private reserved beach chairs, umbrellas, barbecue, shower, toilet etc.).

- the rooms of the villa on the ground floor are for maximum privacy not connected by doors but open towards the large verandas and pool in front of the villa and on the side of the living room area.

- 4 bedrooms, 3 with en suite Bathrooms. 2 bedrooms with perfect sea view on groundfloor.
Large 2 room apartment in the basement (available if you book for more than 4 persons) with natural light well but no outside view, separate entrance. The separate basement apartment consists of 2 connected rooms (a sleeping room with 2 large single beds that can be joined and en suite bathroom and a living room with a convertible 2 pers sleeping sofa with access to the bathroom through the bedroom) and is ideal for a family with children or as granny floor etc.

-This villa offers the best of both worlds: The quietness and stunning views from high up that gives you the "Santorini feeling" as well as the luxury of your little private area directly adjacent to the crystal clear waters of Plaka Beach.

- PLEASE NOTE: The base rate you pay is for maximum 4 persons. If you will be more than 4 persons staying for a night this results in an extra charge which is calculated automatically by the system when you book. This is independent of the number of persons at the other dates. You can book additional persons until the maximum capacity of the Villa anytime prior to your arrival or during your stay directly with our host on Crete. When you book for up
to 4 persons we will prepare the 2 double bedrooms on groundfloor for you. When you book for more persons we will also prepare the rooms in the basement for you. Please let us know after booking if you need to use extra bedrooms.

- The ground floor is luxuriously built completely of natural stone and offers maximum privacy and comfort (no stairs, barrier free all on one floor, directly accessible from the large private parking without steps or height differences) has 2 equal sleeping rooms with A/C, breathtaking sea views from ALL rooms (except from the large basement apartment) , en Suite bathrooms with Shower, Toilet and sink

- Large living room (Sea-view, A/C) with fine integrated kitchen

- Large cool basement with separate access (ideal for the youngsters) with a a complete apartment with living room, further large sleeping room (A/C, large en suite bathroom, no sea view, natural light through a large light well) and a laundry room with washing machine etc. NATURAL LIGHT through light wells.

- Each sleeping room on the ground floor of the villa has its individual access from outside as well as automatic shudders and heavy sliding doors warranting maximum privacy of each sleeping room if desired.

- One of the two ground floor living rooms is wheel chair adapted. Please ask for details !

- The living room opens up to your private and unshared large pool platform with a 9 x 5 m heated infinity Pool (fresh water with a little bit of salt, extremely skin and eye friendly due to no disinfection chemicals needed, electrolysis and ultraviolet natural disinfection method) with roman stairs, surrounded by white marble and towards the beautiful mountain a wall with antique statues.

- A shower and a barbecue area are located next to the pool and the shady pergolas where your outside eating tables and your outside couch are located, all overlooking the Island of Spinalonga as well as the whole gulf of Mirambello with the picturesque orange coloured mountains of Sitia on the other side of the gulf.

- A perfect place to come down from the stress of our everyday life, you hear just the faint murmur of the engines of the fishing boats in the bay, the wind in the surrounding olive- and charupi-trees and the soft flow of the pool.

- Within 5 minutes by car you are down in vibrant Plaka with tons of Tavernas, Cafes, a Supermarket - and your private reserved beach area right on Plake beach.

- Villa Falcon is also suitable for the Winter as it has central floor heating with environmental friendly solar cell support.

- Also in summer Villa Falcon is environmental friendly as it is very well insulated against heat and your warm-water is completely solar heated as well as the pool with a large external solar heating system.

- For Parties up to 18 people Villa Falcon and Villa Eagle can be booked both on this platform.


Pool temperatures: (usual years with average weather and environment friendly external Solar Heating) : March 15 - 18 Celsius, April 18 - 21 Celsius, May 19 - 25 Celsius, June to September 22-29 Celsius, October 20 to 24 Celsius, November 18 to 22 Celsius.

Minimum pool temperatures with electrical pool heating (upon request for extra charge) in Spring and Autumn 23 Degrees Celsius (73.5 Fahrenheit) with pool covered at night.
