Agios Nikolaos Beach Villa / Direct Access to the Beach!

The villa “Agios Nikolaos” is a luxurious villa, built of the traditional materials like rock and marble. It combines Cretan architecture with modern Greek, offering all the comforts that travellers demand from their holidays.

It may accommodate up to 7 people and it consists of the main house and one independent apartment.

The main house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a single space room that combines a living room, dining room and a kitchen. In front of the living room a veranda extends with a huge private swimming pool which has an immediate view of the beach. The ground floor also has a full bathroom with a bathtub and one bedroom with double bed and a balcony with view of the mountain.

Going up to the top floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The one bedroom has a single bed and a veranda with a view of the mountain, while the other room has a queen-size double bed with a veranda and views of the swimming pool, the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos.

All the bedrooms have television, air-conditioning and wardrobes. The living room has also television and air-conditioning and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the storage room there is a washing machine.

Considering the independent apartment, it includes 1 double bed with an en-suite bathroom. There is a working desk in the lounge area, where someone can work independently without being interrupted by the rest guests. Lastly, fitness equipment is available in a separate space, in case that the guests would like to exercise themselves.

In front of the main house extends the swimming pool (with a direct view of the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos) with an outdoor shower, chaise-lounges, outdoor furniture and dining area .

The stone path of the villa starts from the swimming pool, and leads directly to the beach. Around the villa there is a wonderful garden in harmony with the natural environment with beautiful flowers and trees. In addition there are two parking spots.
