Villa "Les Agathes" is a semi-detached villa of 160 m² that can accommodate 7 to 9 people in the Guiraudette district of Cap d'Agde, 1km from the sea.

The residence "Les Abris côtiers" is composed of two semi-detached villas:

The semi-detached villa "la discrete" is a villa for 6 - 7 people air-conditioned with a PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL of 6x3m. AND, the semi-detached villa "les Agathes" which is a villa for 8 - 9 people air-conditioned with a second PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL of 6x3m.

The villa "les Agathes" is comfortable, with WIFI.
On the first floor a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a 4K TV, 8 chairs a full kitchen.
Upstairs, a double bedroom, a bedroom with double bed and single bed and a sofa.
Outside, a terrace with 2 deckchairs around the pool, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ, two closed parking spaces in the residence.

Located in the Guiraudette sector, the villa is south facing
The amenities are very close: 10m away you have the bakery as well as a small tapas restaurant "pot'Potes".
The beach is 1km away

Weekly price:
- €2,500 in August.
- €2,200 in July.
- €1,400 in June and September.

To book the villa after a telephone agreement with the owner, the tenant will have to pay a first deposit (of 30% of the price of the stay) as a deposit, and undertakes to pay the balance 30 days before the rental. The rental price is inclusive of all charges. A deposit of 1500 € will be requested when the keys are handed over
Booking. The reservation becomes effective as soon as the tenant has sent the owner the deposit and two copies of the signed contract (a completed and signed copy will be sent back by the owner for agreement).
Schedule. Arrival time: from 3 p.m. - Departure time: before 10 a.m.
Number of tenants. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract (9 people), and without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to terminate the contract or increase the rental conditions (i.e. €200 per additional person).
Pets. Our animal friends are not accepted.
Cancellation. Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or telegram. The deposit will remain with the owner.
If the tenant does not respond within 24 hours of the date of arrival, this contract will become null and void, the deposit will remain with the owner who will dispose of his accommodation.
Maintenance. The maintenance of the furnished accommodations are the responsibility of the tenant, who undertakes to return the premises in the condition in which they found them on arrival. Optionally, for an additional fee of €150, cleaning will be carried out by the cleaners.
Insurance. The tenant is required to insure himself against damage of any kind that may incur liability. To do this, the tenant must provide a holiday certificate.
