Villa Camarines is a contemporary seaside retreat designed for easy, elegant holidays: modern lines, natural light, refined décor and a home made for indoor-outdoor living.

The villa welcomes up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, the first master room includes a bedroom, private shower room and a real dressing room. Upstairs, the second master room also features its own shower room, dressing room and a terrace overlooking the pool. Two additional bedrooms share a large family bathroom.

The living area is the heart of the home: a comfortable lounge, dining area, open fully equipped kitchen and Nespresso coffee machine for slow mornings before the beach. Large sliding doors naturally extend your days onto the terrace.

Outside, everything is made for relaxing: Mediterranean garden, terrace, sun loungers and a heated private pool of 21 m². Private parking allows up to 3 cars on the property.

The beach, Les Vagues beach club and a Vival grocery store are around 5 minutes away on foot. By car, the Mail de Rochelongue is just 3 minutes away, with shops, restaurants, ice cream spots and seaside entertainment.

Practical information: the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The pool is secured by a safety cover. It is available from May to September; exact opening and heating dates depend on the weather, so please contact us before booking to confirm the conditions for your stay.
