Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a 26 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- Air-conditioned living room with TV and sleeping area with double sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A south-facing terrace, an enclosed private garden of 26 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- Private gate opening onto a shared garden at the bottom of the plot

The flat is ideally located in Cap d'Agde, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Cap d'Agde beaches: swimming, beach volleyball or sunset on the Mediterranean beaches
- Walk on the volcanic cliffs of Cap d'Agde
- Kayak or paddle at sea
- Stroll through the historic centre of Agde and visit the Cathedral of Saint-Étienne d'Agde
