Your 2-room, 6-person home, with a floor area of 60m², consists of:

- Living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and TV;

- Lovely, spacious, and fully equipped terrace;

- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils;

- Bedroom with a 140-size double bed (sleeps 2);

- Mezzanine open to the living room with two 90-size single beds (2x1 person);

- Bathroom with shower and toilet;

- Pets are allowed.

- The Sun Village vacation residence in Cap d'Agde features free outdoor parking.



The "Sun Village" residence is ideally located:

- 200 meters from La Roquille Beach

- 900 meters from the supermarket

- 400 meters from shops and restaurants

- 200 meters from the harbor



Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee:

- End-of-stay cleaning: €103

- Sheet package: €16 per bed

- Towel package: €12 per set per person



A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
