The beach is just 100 meters away, as are restaurants and a scenic coastal path leading to the cliffs and the Grande Conque cove. Shops and an ATM are also very close to the residence. This well-maintained Mediterranean-style residence remains peaceful even in summer. Lano Park is also nearby. Walks along the coastal path to the Grande Conque cliffs are highly popular. You can reach the port on foot via pedestrian shopping streets.



Parking is available at the foot of the building in a secure communal lot. The apartment is a functional one-bedroom (T2) of 26 m² with an 8 m² terrace, right next to Roquille Beach and shops. Guests appreciate its view and location; many vacationers who have stayed here choose to return. There is a storage room under the stairs, communal parking, and the residence is secure. Accessibility is excellent, with many walking paths for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.



The apartment is on the second and top floor of a building with three units. There are three sleeping spaces. Guests have full use of the apartment, terrace, and storage room. The bathroom (with a window) features a half-size bathtub. Communal parking is secure around the entire residence.
