Featuring an exceptional climate year-round, Cap d’Agde is the perfect beach resort for your seaside getaway. With 14 km of fine, sandy beaches, a marina with 3000 moorings, endless water sports and other activities including an International Tennis Club or the 18-hole International Golf Course, there's something for everyone here. Enjoy strolling around the marina, taking in the sites on a leisurely bike ride, sailing, exploring the old city of Agde or more during your relaxing holiday.

There is 1 BEDROOM in this 58m2 unit which features a Double bed in the bedroom, an alcove with Bunk beds, and a mezzanine with 2 Single beds. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate 2 additional guests. Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €16/single bed or €16/double bed. Beds can be made on arrival for €10/bed.

Prepare for the day in our 1 BATHROOM. Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €12/kit.

After a day of lounging at the beach, retreat to our cozy LIVING AREA. Looking for something to watch? Turn on the TV. Step out onto the terrace or loggia and drink in the fresh air.

Whip up a meal in our KITCHENETTE, which features a hotplate, a kettle, a mini-oven, and a dishwasher. Need some coffee to wake up in the morning? We've got you covered: our unit comes with a coffee maker! Clean up easily using the vacuum cleaner.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Savanna Beach - Les Terrasses de Savanna, where our property is conveniently located. If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €46/week or €10/day (1 pet/apartment max). Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for €50 to €80.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

Take the kids to Aqualand, just a 9-minute drive away - they are sure to love the exciting attractions and activities. For a bit of culture, visit the Ephèbe museum, 11 minutes from the residence by car. Our favourite place to grab a slice of pizza is L'ILOT du cap'A, just a 5-minute drive away.
