The apartment must be cleaned at the end of your stay. A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded immediately upon your departure after the property has been inspected for condition and cleanliness. If the property is not adequately cleaned, €50 will be deducted from the security deposit.
