HEATED POOL Grand Serenity is your Oasis on South Grand

We know that your family and friends will enjoy all that "Grand Serenity" has to offer, because it has been enjoyed by ours. Secluded living (only 2 neighbors in the vicinity), with lake access and lake views. Sitting on 5 acres, the Main House has approx.3000 sq. ft. of living space with 2 Large Queen bedrooms with Full Size Futons, Televisions, and they have Jack and Jill Bathrooms. 1 Queen bedroom with a set of bunk beds. 1 small Bedroom off of the Master that has a full size Futon Bed. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Television, and Sofa With hide a bed. The Master Bath includes large walk-in Shower and a Jacuzzi Tub.
We have a beautiful in ground Salt Water Pool that is 4.5 to 5 ft. deep, has two swim up bar stools with a granite bar, steps with railing and a sun shelf with bubbler's. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. The backyard is equipped with plenty of tables and seating, so you can entertain family and friends with a meal prepared in the outdoor kitchen, main house kitchen, or Pool House Kitchen.
That's right...The Pool House has a full kitchen! It also has 2 queen Murphy beds, big screen television, and bathroom with washer, dryer, small walk in closet, and large walk in shower.
There is plenty of yard for Corn hole, bad mitten, waffle ball, etc. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with grill, commercial griddle, 2 smokers, charcoal grill counter, ice box, table, etc. charcoal, propane, and pellets provided. We have a new fire pit for seating and making s’mores. A new Hot stub is outside the master with a small seating area with propane fire top..
events are allowed for an additional fee. NO Smoking in homes! Paper products will be supplied for guests and not restocked during stay.
