"Family Room was very spacious , no toilet paper due to house keeping staff shortage informed through reception staff who supplied same mentioned . All staff we met appeared very polite and helpful . Buffet Breakfast was good with enough options available . Pool staff very helpful and areas well maintained and safe ."

We booked the family room and it was very dirty — the shower curtain was covered in mould, and there were items like a comb and small toys left behind under the beds.
