"Hotel simples e funcional. A ventilação no banheiro é ruim, deixando o quarto quente após o banho. Não tem microondas no quarto, tem um na recepção para uso geral. Há trocas de toalhas e retirada do lixo diariamente (não chega a ser uma limpeza, é uma arrumação no banheiro). A limpeza é boa."

"Very disappointing.
Despite the excellent location and the large room, the hotel is very dirty.
The hallway carpets are dirty.
The floors in the lobby and restaurant are grimy.
Our room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom. I complained at the front desk and that improved slightly later on.
Breakfast is poor and very limited.
Overall, it was the worst DoubleTree I have ever stayed at. I do not recommend it to anyone."

"I liked the hotel because it was well maintained, clean and is relatively close to Knotts Berry Farm. You can practically walk there from the hotel and the check-out time being at noon is a plus. Honestly that extra hour before check-out is a life saver. Also the other plus is that Porto's and Medieval Times is literary across the street.
My only tiny complaint is that the preferred payment method for the security/incidental deposit could not be paid with cash. I had to go to 3 ATMs to try to...

Poderiam dar uma reformada nos apartamentos."
