"The staff and property were terrific. But for a bed and breakfast, the breakfast was beyond disappointing. Only cold food, something you might see in a chain motel, not the breakfast you would be expect for a nice private B&B"

"The property overall had a terrible toxic cleaning smell. I actually had to leave a day early because I couldn't sleep with the smell. The staff told me they use ecolab but I don't think they diluted it because the odor hit me like a brick when I walked in the room. I updated my review froma 1 to a 3 because the staff kindly gave me a refund for my second night, which they didn't have to do. But I won't stay there again."

"The room was clean, and included full size appliances. However being a suite room, this should have included an upholstered chair, or sofa. Room is basic in accommodation, and over priced for the area."

"This property is unique and historic, in a beautiful area. The room was great, although no TV. The roads are in quite bad shape and the parking is tough sometimes as it is all street parking and not guaranteed. Otherwise, the dining hall has great food and there are lots of activities like hikes you can join."
