"The room was very nice, staff was very good and friendly, they thought of everything. Good breakfast and to top it off the price was reasonable! It's on my "A" list"

"The staff were wonderful but the bed and pillows were horrible. We also didn’t bring in our toiletries as we were just sleeping and leaving early so we used what they had in the shower and the shampoo and the body wash were empty."

"No hot tub"

"Ok, sort of run down."

"The front desk at the reception area needs improvement."

"The room was ok. But it needed to be dusted. The check in clerk was very nice and helpful. The check out clerk acted like I was taking up her time or something. She wasn’t friendly at all."

"For a Hampton Inn I was hoping for little nicer accommodations"

"My room was clean well put together. Had a great shower. Good bed linens. All the staff that I encountered were helpful. I am on a restricted diet so I did not eat at the breakfast, but I did use the coffee service in the lobby. and it was excellent. I did not use the hot tub but used the pool. What a great pool! I enjoyed the room to do some of my water aerobics. I will be staying again when I return to Saginaw next year to visit my family. It is in a great location."
