"Everything was great, except the bathroom. All the staff were polite and helpful, and even gave us extra amenities without being asked. There was an issue with the shower, that is there seems to be a wide gap between the shower door and the floor so the water could overflow. Overall, the stay was comfortable."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, they were quick to solve any issue I had. When i asked where to go or where good local food could be found they not only asked me what I wanted but offered several different options so I could pick. "This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed.
