"If you need place to stay for an early flight out of Portland, than this is the hotel for you. We arrived late on Thanksgiving day and were up at the crack of dawn to catch the shuttle to the airport. The hotel was clean and the van efficient. A to go breakfast bag would have been nice. "

"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....

"We stayed two nights and we had a great time. Breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. Shower had good water pressure. We watched our favorite shows on the smart tv. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We took the shuttle to the airport and she drove us safely and on time. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic value and a safe and comfortable place to stay near the airport. "
