"We loved our spacious and clean premium 2 bedroom villa. The view from both bedrooms and outdoor seating area were simple gorgeous.
The restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is limited but i liked the fact they don't have a huge variety and thus limit wastage.
It would have been nice to have milk in the villa for tea/ coffee. We asked housekeeping for it but didn't get the milk.
The shuttle service to the city centre and back was an added bonus. It would have...

"a lovely property with the most amazing staff especially the manager Mr Peehann.
Start with the property which was lovely, comfortable and clean with decent sized rooms. The hotel prepared a breakfast each morning with eggs but local pho was available. Additionally the coffee saffron was excellent.
The property has a great pool where one can relax and even the cross river boat isn't running and there was no bamboo bridge - the hotel arranged a free taxi into town every day.

"Hotel muito bom. Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Mesmo a noite, Alugamos uma moto no próprio hotel para poder passear no centro da cidade (12 dólares a diária). Gostamos muito que até usamos a moto no outro dia para fazer os passeios das cachoeiras que foi muito mais barato por termos ido por conta própria e mais rápido. Infelizmente minha esposa foi picada por uma vespa grande no elephant camp, mas por sorte a esposa do dono do hotel é farmacêutica e nos deu uma pomada...
