"O hotel está muito mal cuidado. O quarto estava com lençol sujo, o carpet estava sujo e o ar condicionado era barulhento. Solicitamos a limpeza do quarto, disseram que estavam com muitas limpezas para fazer e só limparam o quarto 3 dias após reclamamos muito. Acionamos a hotels.com e também não tivemos retorno algum.

"Every thing were great from room to breakfast and staff were amazing except we were expecting the pool to be opened as there was no mention of it being closed when we made the booking.
