"We were quite disappointed with our stay. There are many rooms, so we found it difficult to understand that the bathroom was a shared facility. We were not aware of this when we booked the room.
More importantly, there was a cockroach inside the electric kettle in our room, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. We were also disturbed by a lot of noise throughout the night, so we were unable to sleep properly.

"I was placed in a room where the heating was not working, and I believe the staff knew about it, as there was a portable heater in the room, but it was unable to maintain the room's temperature at all. I had to report to the front desk, so they offered me another room that I had to pack and move to. It was fine for the second night, and they agreed to credit me some money as compensation. I would rather not get compensated, but had a good experience to start with."

"Good location and easy access.
The room was clean, and the bathroom and other facilities were in good condition.
The only disappointment was that there was no housekeeping during the stay. The purpose of staying at a hotel or motel is not only having a place to sleep, but also receiving services such as making the bed, emptying the rubbish bins, changing towels, and keeping everything in order. Unfortunately, more and more hotels are no longer providing these services."
