"Mostly an excellent experience and the hostess and staff were really friendly and helpful. Two downsides are that they did not tell beforehand that dinners and breakfasts cost additionally. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail."

"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. "I dont recommend. By far, my worse experience in a hotel. The pillows haven't been changed from previous guests as there were hair on them. The room wasn't as the picture, but a small cubicle with a window with a wall half a meter from it! The breakfast you need to take it to the room and it's serve in plastic cup and dishes... Very bad value for the money spent. First and last time here. Dont recommend"
