Advocate Harbour is a beautiful and interesting little town and the drive from Parrsboro tp Advpcate Harbour, while a bit more rugged than we anticipated, is stunningly beautiful with unbelievable scenery. "A beautiful place to stay- lots of room. We never even investigated the lower level! Excellent communication with hosts, who even left a lovely welcome gift. Staying here was a last minute decision and I’m glad it was available, given that it was a Canadian holiday. (If you plan to cook make sure to bring all the ingredients you need as the kitchen is well outfitted with dishes, pans and appliances, but not the basic cooking spices/oils).
