"The room was not clean. The sheets were visibly stained, the shower did not appear to have been cleaned, and the kitchenette was also dirty. There were also spiders in the room.
I booked a room with two queen beds and a pullout couch, but the pullout couch had no sheets and could not be used. When I went to the front desk, I was told they had no extra sheets. After I pushed the issue, they eventually started laundry and gave me a fitted sheet, flat sheet, one blanket, and a pillowcase, but no...
