"The night shift did above and beyond to accommodate us upon our late arrival. All the staff that we talk to were very polite and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Excellent services!!! The manager is absolutely doing a fantastic job. Also, the breakfast was very nice. "

"The staff was great. Our room was clean and looks like it was recently updated. We got a great rate and it included breakfast too. The gym was small but the equipment looked pretty new. We stayed off season and I’m sure it’s very busy in season since it is located within a stones throw from Great Escapes. There are plenty of things to do in town (go carts, mini golf, restaurantsand an ice cream shop right across the street). The outlets are right down the road too. I would definitely stay here...

"Easy to book, check in and check out. The room was comfortable. I couldn’t hear a lot of noise from the hall or other rooms. Breakfast was nice. It’s not often, as a vegetarian, I get a hot breakfast in a hotel. "

"Watertown BW’s front entrance to the lobby was dated, no “wow” factor & not as accessible if you’re wheelchair bound (which we are not) but inside was bright & clean. Our check-in person, Raynor, was businesslike & efficient, he invited us to partake of the coffee, tea & cookies near the reception desk. They also provide water infused with fruits like oranges & strawberries—quite refreshing—in a dispenser by the breakfast area. Raynor did steer us to a list of restaurants nearby—got pizza at...
