This spacious gated townhouse combines classic character with contemporary coastal styling. Neutral tones, timber flooring and abundant natural light create an inviting atmosphere throughout. Enter through the bright lounge, where a large bay window illuminates the comfortable sofas and armchairs. Settle in for a movie on the large TV, enjoy a quiet moment in the reading nook beneath the stairs or adjust the split-system heating and cooling to suit the season.

The modern kitchen makes preparing meals a pleasure, with a gas cooktop, electric oven, full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and generous bench space. A coffee-pod machine with milk frother makes slow mornings even better. Gather around the six-seater dining table for shared meals, or step outside to the paved courtyard, where quaint outdoor seating and a gas barbecue invite relaxed alfresco dining.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and its own TV and balcony. The second bedroom provides a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for families or friends travelling together. All bedrooms offer clothing storage and ceiling fans, with ducted heating and cooling throughout the upper level. The main bathroom has a bathtub, oversized shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

Downstairs, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet makes busy mornings easier, along with the adjoining laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer. Parking is available for one car in the driveway.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
