Bathed in natural light, the main living area is centred around a wood-burning fireplace, with comfortable lounges and expansive windows that capture uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside. A second living area beside the primary bedroom provides a peaceful place to read, watch a film or unwind in quiet comfort.

The kitchen is generously appointed with everything needed for leisurely meals, including an espresso machine, dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and ample preparation space. Outdoors, the covered alfresco pavilion overlooks the private pool, where vineyard rows, open paddocks and softly rolling hills stretch into the distance. Spend warm afternoons stretched out on the sun loungers, enjoy a barbecue beneath the open air, or gather around the fire pit as twilight settles across the landscape. Expansive lawns, a swing, a trampoline and a basketball hoop invite outdoor fun for kids while adults take in the quiet beauty of the surrounding hills.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a walk-in robe, an ensuite, a private TV and calming vineyard views. The second and third bedrooms each offer a double bed, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms each include two bunk beds. A well-appointed main bathroom with a bathtub serves the remaining bedrooms, while the laundry includes an additional toilet, a washing machine and a dryer for added convenience.

Wi-Fi, books, board games and life-size games are provided for your downtime. Evaporative cooling, a wood-burning fireplace in the main living area and plug-in heaters in each bedroom ensure year-round comfort. Generous on-site parking is available for up to four vehicles.
