This stunning property houses 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an inviting open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, providing a relaxing home away from home. With free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a laundry, you can settle in with ease.
Entering the property via a charming undercover terrace, you’re immediately greeted by a relaxing outdoor space with a Turkish spa bath – perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Step inside to the cosy living room, where a plush sofa bed, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a 6-seater dining table invite you to relax. A reading nook adds extra comfort, making this space a delightful area to enjoy with friends or family.

Turning right, you enter a sleek, fully equipped galley kitchen featuring modern appliances, including a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee machine. Whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a full meal, you’ll find everything you need, including cookware, dinnerware, and glassware.
Directly across the hall, the elegant bathroom offers a calming retreat with a separate shower and luxurious bathtub, perfect for soaking away the day. A modern vanity and toilet complete the space, ensuring all the essentials are at your disposal.
At the end of the hall, the queen bedroom awaits. Bright and spacious, it features a luxurious bed and built-in wardrobe, making it the perfect retreat to recharge for the next day’s adventures.
Adding to its convenience, the apartment also has a private laundry area with a washing machine and dryer and secure access to a double garage, so you won’t need to worry about parking during your stay.
This beachfront apartment is located in Albert Hall, a landmark building brimming with historical significance. Completed in 1882, the original Albert Hall was a grand 20-room mansion first occupied by William Kyffin Thomas, a prominent figure in South Australian history and co-owner of the Adelaide Observer and Register newspapers. Following Thomas’ passing, the property changed hands, becoming part of local legend. In the 1930s, it was transformed into the Oriental Private Hotel and then served as a backpackers’ lodge in the 1980s, before undergoing a meticulous restoration in the 1990s.
Admired for its grand architecture and waterfront location, Albert Hall has been an iconic part of Glenelg’s history for over a century. This is a private apartment all to yourself and you won't be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. Garaged parking is available on site for two vehicles. Street parking may be available for additional vehicles however guests should observe and adhere to parking restrictions and signage. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
