This home welcomes you with a calm, coastal feel, where soft whites, warm timber tones, and gentle green accents create a relaxed and airy atmosphere. Natural light moves easily through the space, making it feel open, bright, and inviting from the moment you arrive.

The living area is designed for slow, comfortable moments, with a generous chaise lounge for unwinding with a show or settling in after a day by the beach. Reverse-cycle heating and cooling keep the space comfortable year-round, while large windows draw in the sunshine. The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, neatly appointed with modern appliances including a gas cooktop, dishwasher, and SMEG coffee maker. Inside, the dining setting is compact and suited to casual meals or morning coffee.

Stepping outside, a larger dining setting offers ample space for shared meals, making it the ideal place to gather. The covered deck becomes a natural entertaining zone, with skylights above bringing in soft daylight, while the outdoor lounge invites relaxed afternoons and BBQ evenings. Beyond, the backyard opens to a grassy area with a firepit—perfect for gathering as the sun goes down.

The primary bedroom offers a restful retreat with a queen bed, built-in storage, and its own cooling for added comfort. The second bedroom features a single-over-double bunk, creating a flexible space for families or extra guests. The bathroom includes a shower-over-bath and the convenience of an in-home laundry.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
