Perfect for weekenders, families or holiday makers, this spacious retreat comes fully furnished with a kids’ playground, huge rumpus room, projector, and fully equipped kitchen. Close to the beach and cafes, this family-friendly gem is made for memory-making with every creature comfort taken care of.
The Space This stunning property houses 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area ready for you to kick back, relax and enjoy your home away from home. With evaporative cooling, split system heating, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and thoughtful family extras like a high chair and full-size cot you can simply arrive and settle in.
Step through the front door into a welcoming entry with a compact study nook perfect for emails or planning your day’s adventures. Just to your left is the master bedroom – a spacious and beautifully styled retreat featuring a king-size bed, generous wardrobe and a sparkling private ensuite. Perfect for a restful night or quiet moment away from the bustle of the household. Further down the hall, you`ll discover the ultimate kid-friendly zone. This enormous rumpus room is decked out with a huge cushioned sofa, bean bags and a ceiling-mounted projector ready for movie nights. It`s thoughtfully stocked with kids’ books, games, toys, and even a treasure trove of Lego – an imaginative retreat made just for little guests.
Moving into the heart of the home, the expansive open-plan living area combines comfort and convenience. The large kitchen is fitted with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, and plenty of pantry space. There’s also a coffee machine with milk frother, kettle, and toaster to fuel your mornings. The dining table sits alongside a sliding door to the garden, while the cosy living area includes a large Smart TV and plush seating perfect for lounging.
Off the main living area, you’ll find the second bedroom featuring a queen bed, and built-in wardrobe. Nearby, the laundry is equipped with a washing machine and separate toilet for convenience. The stylish main bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub – ideal after a beach day. The third bedroom is fitted with a super king bed that can be split into two king singles upon request. The fourth bedroom is a kid’s dream come true, with four king single bunk bed. a kid-sized table and chairs, books, and ample storage.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis. There’s a shaded outdoor setting for alfresco meals, a barbecue, and a huge playground with twin slides, a swing set, and a rock climbing wall. The sandpit and sports nets (for soccer or volleyball) will keep the kids entertained for hours, and even the family dog is welcome (one dog under 25kg, strictly no pets on furniture and cleanup required). A pet bowl and water dish are thoughtfully provided.
The property includes heating towers in the bedrooms, and spare blankets in all wardrobes. Driveway parking accommodates two small vehicles. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
