Woodville North has a diverse mix of residents, including many families and is known for the huge range of available local eating places. If you love Vietnamese Pho, you're in heaven here, as there are SO many Vietnamese Pho restaurants to try. If Vietnamese food is not your thing, don't worry there's amazing pizza places as well, plus all the usual fast food favourites like KFC and McDonalds if you need a quick bite to eat. For dessert any time of day, the local favourite 24 hour Krispy Kreme at West Croydon is only a 7min drive from the home.

The city is only about 15-20 minutes drive, and Semaphore beach is only about 13-18 minutes drive. So no matter where you want to go, it won't be too far away.

The entire house (apart from the locked cleaner's cupboard) and backyard is provided for your exclusive and respectful use. Please relax and enjoy your stay in private peace and comfort.

Double garage available for parking (5.6m deep x 5.65m wide). Garage remote is mounted inside on the garage wall. No handheld remote is provided as standard due to insurance limitations. If you'd like to hire a garage remote please enquire at the time of booking, additional fee applies. Free side by side parking on the driveway in front of the garage and plenty of free, untimed spaces on the street.

This home is in immaculate condition. My family and I have put in a lot of personal thought and effort into setting up the space with comfort, style and practicality in mind. So you can be confident you’ll feel comfortable and enjoy your stay.

This home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests plus infants (under 2 years old). This is a single level family friendly home.

If you need to work from home, there’s not one, but two study desk set ups.

For families travelling with little ones, a complimentary highchair and portacot with change table attachment is provided for your convenience. No need to hurt your back lugging a portacot around the airport! If you have more than one infant, let us know and we can organise additional portacots for you. There’s also a stick blender provided for easy food preparation.

Cleaning up and staying fresh is simple with the sparkling main bathroom complete with vanity, big mirror, full sized bathtub, shower and toilet. And for your convenience, there’s a second ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom complete with large shower, vanity, big mirror and toilet. No line ups for the bathroom when you really need to go! A Hairdryer is also provided so you don't need to put up with cold wet hair.

All 3 bedrooms have nice carpet your feet will love and built-in cupboards with plenty of hanging space for all your clothes.

The queen bed and 3 of the singles have premium pillow top mattresses and plush pillows which we've tried in our other homes with great feedback from past guests. So you can wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. The 4th single bed has a lower profile mattress with bamboo cover, great for those who prefer a firmer mattress and for the little ones that may need a bedrail. There's a kids bedrail provided in the cupboard for your convenience too. Hotel quality bed and bath linen hire is included in your booking. Note: Decorative cushions and blankets may or may not be available, as this depends on the cleaning company.

The open living areas have quality floating timber floorboards that are hypoallergenic and easy to keep clean, especially if you're travelling with children. A Dyson vacuum and mop are provided for your convenience so you can keep comfortable and clean throughout your stay, especially if you're staying for an extended period.

You'll be comfortable no matter what time of year you visit with the quiet, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the whole house. Zones are easy to turn on and off with the digital touch panel.

There's plenty to keep your kids entertained: toys, colouring-ins, foosball (table soccer), books and for the bigger kids, a 50" 4K Smart TV, and unlimited NBN wifi. So be sure to bring your Netflix log in details for unlimited entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. Including a stainless steel gas cook top and under bench oven. There’s a full size fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine and plenty of bench space. So you can enjoy a relaxing night in cooking with the whole family. There’s even a stainless steel dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze. No need to waste valuable down time doing the dishes by hand. It's like your very own home away from home.

A starter supply of essentials including Nespresso coffee pods, tea, oat sachets for breakfast, and milk is provided. There's the big newly renovated Armada Arndale Shopping centre only about 5 mins drive down the road for all your shopping needs. Check out the guide book for all the great local places to visit during your stay. There'll be a hard copy at the home for easy reference while you're there.

For all your laundering needs, there's a fully equipped laundry, complete with washing machine and dryer for your private use. You'll be able to wash your clothes or freshen up your linen as needed, so you don't have to bring your entire wardrobe to make it through your stay, no matter how long it is! There’s also a starter supply of laundry detergent for you to use during your stay.
