The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, fridge, Nespresso machine and plenty of wine glasses! Take a seat at our handmade teak dining table or open the door out onto your private balcony and entertain in style with our 8 seater dining, perfect for those long summer nights.
Our king size master suite boasts a stunning hand made cane & rattan headboard, designer side tables, luxury high loft quilts and pillows, and super soft vintage wash linen. There is an open wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, a full length mirror and ceiling fan.
Our second and third bedrooms are both equipped with queen beds, luxury high loft quilts and pillows, vintage wash linen, ceiling fans and open wardrobes.
There is a cosy bathroom with a shower, toilet, under basin storage and towel rails. Underneath the home there is a second bathroom, perfect for washing off the sand after a long day at the beach. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
