Ambrosia—Relaxed Character Stay near Norwood

Soft natural light, warm timber floors, and earthy styling create a relaxed and welcoming feel throughout, with a layout that gives everyone plenty of space to settle in comfortably. The living area offers generous seating, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and a large TV, making it an easy place to unwind at the end of the day. From here, the separate office provides a dedicated space for work or study, complete with air conditioning and a cosy reading nook.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home, including a coffee machine and wine glasses, making it easy to enjoy anything from a quick meal to a shared dinner. Step outside to the undercover patio and compact backyard, offering a comfortable spot for alfresco dining, BBQ cookups or a quiet moment in the fresh air.

Each bedroom is arranged for a restful stay, with ceiling fans for added comfort and storage to unpack and feel at home. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second a queen, and the third is set up with two king single beds—well suited to families or groups. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and modern finishes, while a second shower in the laundry adds extra convenience.

A full laundry, Wi-Fi, and parking at the front of the garage round out a stay designed for comfort and ease. Free street parking may be available for additional vehicles—please check signage and yellow lines.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
