"Nice building. Rooms were spacious but had many defects. Wifi was unreliable, TV didn’t work and lamp kept flickering. When we asked about the TV at reception was told the TVs are not that smart or good. Pretty average response for the price you pay. Could not connect the TV to wifi and could only get channel 10!! Expect more than this. Good location."

"This property was an excellent price, very handy to buses and trains, excellent for proximity to Adelaide oval. Car parking is available, although quite tight parking for a larger vehicle. Easy walk to Rundle Mall and plenty of eating options close by too. Reception staff helpful. Apartment is spacious with a single and double room. Dishwasher and washing machine is very handy for travelers. Drier available but not very efficient, for us anyway. Would stay again."

"Awful, terrible communication skills via telephone and generally unhelpful staff. Promised numerous calls back, which never eventuated. Property itself is very tired and worn. Location is good. Optional additional parking is good and easy to use."

"The positives were the staff, with check in and any enquiries, they were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The locations was great, within 10 mins walk to Rundle mall, very close to light rail stop and other attractions like museum etc. Heated pool was also great to use during winter. There is also a coffee club in the foyer of hotel. Room size was good, however a few points which ,let it down for us were: Main bedroom quite small, very squashy on either side of bed. Windows did not have sound...
