The best views of the island in a luxury complex!:

Duplex with wonderful sea views in Adeje Paradise; the best complex in Tenerife. It includes two master bedrooms, one on each level and 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, a livingroom, dressing and a terrace of 25m2 with magnificent views. Includes wifi and parking. The complex is inspired by the arabic architecture and It has 3 swimmingpools, one being heated in Winter, security 24/7, beautiful gardens… A luxury residence! The apartment

Enjoy you vacation to the fullest in our 100m2 duplex apartment full of light! It consists of one large bedroom with kingsize bed and dressing, one bathroom on one level and a master bedrrom with wal-in closet and bathroom on the other level. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious livingroom with a terrace of 25m2 with amazing views of the beautiful complex as well as the sea. Parking and wifi included.

Common areas

The complex is known for its unique touch of arabic architecture. It has 3 swimmingpools, one being heated in Winter, security 24/7, beautiful gardens… A luxury residence! A pool bar is open all day long with a very good menu and the team is service minded. Enjoy having a drink by the pool, or lunch after sunbathing.

If you have any requirement, do not hesitate to let us know by e-mail or call us directly. We have employees living in the complex and we can therfore be very reactive to your requests.

The area

The residence is situated 20min from the airport and only 10minutes from Las Americas and Los Cristianos in a residential quite area. There are lots of possible excursions in the area within 15 minutes: surfing at the beach, the waterpark Siam Park ( biggest waterpark in Europe ), Shopping malls, walks in the mountains etc.

Sea is just 200 m from the complex and there are a couple of little beaches in Playa Paraiso but if you want to go to the best known beaches of the south as Playa del Duque I will only take you 10 minutes by car.

The best option in Tenerife is to rent a car – it is the cheapest and easiest way and gives you the liberty to move as you desire. We recommend you to rent the car before your arrival and pick up the keys directly at the airport upon arrival. The parking in the complex is included for free.

Nice complex

We already go to this complex for almost 10 years, beautifull place to stay with very good poolbar. This was the 1st time in this appartment but we definitely want to come back. Raquel is a very nice host who reacts almost immediatly when you ask something. Thanks again for the great holiday! Indra

Coronasituatioen ødelagde ferien.

Vi måtte rejse hjem 14 dage før feriens udløb pga. Coronasituationen. Så det blev kun til 7 dage. Øv. En dyr ferie, da vi jo også skulle have nye flybilletter. Lejligheden lå dejligt, men er meget slidt. Der mangler ordentlige knive, brødrister og fl. Alm. Ting.

Tolle Anlage, schöne Aussicht

Wir waren im April in dieser Anlage ( 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder 13 und 10 ) und waren begeistert. Die Anlage ist toll und sehr gepflegt. Und obwohl nur ein Pool beheizt war, konnte man mit ein bisschen Überwindung auch gut in dem anderen schwimmen gehen. Direkt am Pool gibt es eine kleine Bar mit Getränken , Eis und leckerem Essen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Kinder hatten ihr eigenes Zimmer mit Bad. Highligth ist aber die tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Pools und das Meer. Traumhaft. Der Ort selber ist noch am Wachsen und hat uns jetzt nicht so umgehauen, aber zum Bummel liegen Las Americas oder Los Christianos nicht weit entfernt. Die Betreung durch 2 KeyHouse und Abraham war sehr freundlich und man fühlte sich gleich wohl. Ich kann diese Anlage nur empfehlen !!!

Clean, well equipped apartment, really close to the pool,

The apartment has a wide balcony with large table and comfortable chairs, and from here you have a fab view of the evening sunsets over the sea. The large bedroom downstairs has a dressing room with more storage and hanging space than you need plus a walk in shower. A small terrace partially overlooks the pool but doesn’t have any chairs down here. Upstairs the other double room is a good size with bathroom next door. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. Adeje Paradise is a little out of the way but this means peace and quiet away from loud music. It was a 15 min walk downhill into the centre which is dominated by Hard Rock hotel. A taxi back was 5 euros. The pool area opened at 9:30 and was cleaned every morning. No inflatables are allowed other than arm bands and rubber rings for young non swimmers. The pool bar was invaluable, opening at 12:00 and closing at 21:00. The food and service was really good, very well priced and large portions. A great spot to get out of the sun and enjoy a cold beer or cocktail. All in all we had a lovely relaxing stay and Abraham who met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment could not have been more helpful. He contacted us by WhatsApp when we landed at the airport making our arrival really easy. Overall we had a lovely stay and have no hesitation in recommending this clean, modern and spacious apartment.

Great resort and view

Love this development... pools are great, quiet location, the onsite bar/restaurant is always enjoyable and good value for money... the view from the apartment is exceptional and is very close to the heated pool. The apartment had everything we needed bar a cafetière which we bought and left in the apartment. The management company is excellent with Abraham very responsive... to be honest the interior could do with a bit of refreshing which is why I have gone for 4 stars and not five... enjoyed our stay and would happily return

Prachtig appartement met super ligging!

We hebben 6 weken doorgebracht in dit prachtige appartement in het mooit Adeje Paradise-complex, waar we ons meteen thuisvoelden. Er ontbraken een paar kleine, praktische dingetjes (champagneglazen, wijnkoeler, placemats...) die op verzoek direct werden geleverd. Grote pluspunten: supergrote Smart-tv in zitkamer en nog een grote tv in slaapkamer beneden; excellente internet/wifi-verbinding; wekelijkse schoonmaakservice. We hopen hier zeker nog eens terug te komen!

Ein wirklich schönes Appartement mit guter Lage direkt am Pool

Das Appartement und die ganze Anlage ließ keine Wünsche offen. Zumindest für das was wir uns darunter vorstellten. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Appartement bis auf kleine Stellen weitestgehend sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles da was man so für einen Selbstverpflegerhaushalt braucht. Toll war auch die Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion, die mir einiges an Arbeit zu Hause erspart hat. Die Terasse bietet einen wirklich tollen Blick bereits am Morgen, sowie am Abend zum Sonnenuntergang. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind angenehm groß, ebenso die Bäder und gut eingerichtet. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten wie Stromausfall bei Benutzung der Herdplatten und Ofen gleichzeititig, ein paar schleifende Türen oder auch manch komische Gerüche im Bad, war alles top. Aber diese Punkte können ja auch zu Hause vorkommen. Ein großes Lob gilt auch Abraham und Eva, die von der Ankunft bis über Abfahrt toll erreichbar und für uns da waren. Danke nochmal an dieser Stelle. Zudem müssen wir auch den schönen Poolbereich - beheizter Pool war top für die Kinder, sowie die tolle Poolbar mit einem wirklich leckeren und fantastischem Preisleistungs-Verhältnis hervorrufen. Vor allem das Doradenfilet mit den kanarischen Kartoffeln war mein persönliches Highlight. Danke auch nochmal an dieser Stelle. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub auf einer tollen Sonneninsel.

Tolles Apartment und Spitzen-Service, mit einem kleinen "aber"

Das Apartment ist von der Aufteilung her und der Ausstattung super und auch die Lage ist prima. Sehr praktisch, dass der dazugehörige Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre liegt. Die Poolbar ist sensationell: Super Essen, faire Preise und sehr nettes Personal. Unser Ansprechpartner bei 2KeysHouse, Abraham, machte einen Spitzenjob - er war immer erreichbar und reagierte sehr schnell. Ein verstopfter Abfluss wurde sehr schnell repariert und immer wenn er in der Nähe war, erkundigte er sich, ob alles ok sei. Abraham: Nochmals herzlichen Dank für den tollen Service. Lediglich die Nachbarn links in 4B waren etwas nervig. Die ersten hörten mit Vorliebe klassische Musik, oder spanischen Schlager recht laut. Die nächsten hatten einen kleinen Hund, den sie auf der Terasse alleine ließen, während die Besitzer am Pool lagen - da bellte und jaulte der Hund natürlich recht häufig. Allerdings kann 2KeysHouse dafür natürlich nichts. Etwas unangenehm fiel der größere der beiden Pools auf. Die äußeren Ablaufgitter zeigten zunehmend Grünspan, obwohl diese Gitter jeden morgen abgespritzt wurden. Etwas schlimmer war dagegen die schwarze Schimmelbildung am Boden des Pools - ein deutliches Zeichen, dass die Poolwasserqualität nicht im richtigen Gleichgewicht ist. Aber auch dafür kann 2KeysHouse nichts - der Pool ist ja schließlich Gemeinschaftseigentum aller Eigentümer. Was aber direkt bei Einzug etwas negativ auffiel, war die Sauberkeit. Nur zwei Beispiele: Das Holzgitter, das in der Dusche lag müsste auch mal von unten gereinigt werden - das sieht aus, als wäre das seit Jahren nicht passiert. Die Küchenschränke waren voller eingetrockneter Fettspritzer - etwas eklig, aber hat man schnell selber mal geschrubbt - Putzmittel standen jedenfalls reichlich zur Verfügung. Allerdings geht man dann natürlich davon aus, das auch der Rest nicht so gründlich gereinigt wird. Aber vielleicht war man hier auch etwas oberflächlicher als üblich, damit wir eher einziehen konnten. Fazit: Nach 2016 und 2018 würden auch nochmal diese Anlage buchen. Der Service von Abraham war spitze und die Anlage an sich ist es auch - nur der Pool müsste mal gereinigt werden.

Poor standards . Needs an update . Not clean

Location and pool areas are lovely . Apartment is run down and in need of an update. Showers appalling leaking and unclean and dingy . Kitchen not to standard . Fridge dirty oven and grill too . No toaster . No air con in bedrooms . Pillows and bedding sub standard . Will not be returning
