Bedroom 1 – First floor: Double bed. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located next to the bedroom.
Bedroom 2 – First floor: Double bed with access to a bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 3 – First floor: Two single beds and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 4 – First floor: Two single beds.
Bedroom 5 – First floor / Master bedroom: Double bed with a walk-in closet located next to the bedroom.
Bedrooms 4 & 5 share a bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower.
Bedroom 6 – Top floor: A private bedroom located at the top of the villa and accessed via a spiral staircase. It features a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

It’s an excellent base for guests seeking privacy and relaxation while remaining close to beaches, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and everyday amenities.

The coastline and Playa Las Galgas are nearby, while Playa del Duque, La Caleta, and the main attractions of Costa Adeje are within easy driving distance. The area is also well-positioned for exploring the rest of Tenerife.

Playa Paraíso is particularly appreciated for its sunny climate, oceanfront atmosphere, and spectacular sunsets, making the villa a great choice for families and groups wanting to enjoy the best of southern Tenerife.

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay and explore Tenerife comfortably. Playa Paraíso has supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and beaches nearby, while taxis and public buses connect the area with other parts of Costa Adeje.

Popular areas such as La Caleta, Playa del Duque, Fañabé, and Costa Adeje are easily accessible by car or taxi. Having a car is particularly convenient if you plan to visit Siam Park, Teide National Park, Los Gigantes, or explore other parts of the island.

All visitors are required to fill out a form with their identifying information before or upon arrival at Aqua Vista Tenerife. In accordance with our hospitality principles, this information will be kept private and secure.

The apartment has a maximum occupancy, and Aqua Vista Tenerife reserves the right to evict the entire group if additional guests arrive without prior notice. Your booking may be canceled if you do not comply with the house rules or our obligations as your host.

Pool Heating Details

Our brand-new private pool is heated during select winter months. Please note that pool heating does not provide hot water but rather raises the water temperature by a few degrees for a more comfortable swim.

To maintain optimal temperature, the pool is equipped with a black pool cover, which must be used overnight. Failing to cover the pool at night may cause the water temperature to drop significantly.

Important: Tenerife’s tropical and humid climate means that insects such as cockroaches may occasionally be present inside the property, even in clean and well-maintained properties. This is normal for the island and is not considered a cleanliness or maintenance issue. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the local environment.
