"This is our second time staying in this condo. We have it booked again for the fall.Very clean and comfortable. Close to campus. Owners are great. Don’t expect a lot of extras. Furnishings and supplies are sparse. For example, one towel is provided per person for the week so you need to do laundry or you can rent extras from them. There’s not really a big comfy couch to sit on and watch a movie with a group. Downstairs has a couch, a loveseat, and two chairs, but no ottomans and everything is...

"We stayed here for our son’s LSU graduation. It was perfect for us and we highly recommend. Quiet neighborhood which was wonderful after long full days."

"Felt safe thanks to visible security measures like CCTV around the property. Definitely adds peace of mind during your stay."

"Great place to stay for week long Marucci World Series with the grandsons !!"

"We will definitely be back! Absolutely perfect!"

"Wonderful safe secure and convenient to everything! We will be back"

"The place looks just like the pictures, good places to eat nearby, had no safety issues or concerns. Place was clean, bath towels, coffee and cream was provided. The host was easy to talk to and responded within a reasonable time. I would stay here again."

"I had a situation that required assistance upon check in and not only was communication quick but someone arrived on property within minutes! Very friendly and helpful. My family and I enjoyed our stay. "

"We booked this unit because it was close to our son's baseball tournament, and most of the team was staying in the same area.Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The garage attached to this unit appears to be used as a storage and operations area for the host's other rental properties. Throughout our stay—including late into the evening—there were people coming and going through our garage, with vehicles parked in our designated parking space. There was even someone working from a...

"Exactly what we needed."

"Great property!!"

"Great spot with plenty of things close by. Super clean. Quick communication. Definitely would book again"

"The property was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again. The host had great communication and was very accommodating with any request we had."

"Property was great. I only have a few small pieces of feedback. Need a few better pans to cook with, better batteries in the TV remotes and the garage door opener had a mind of its own. The door would close and immediately re-open. Took several attempts to get it to stay closed each time we left. Probably just need to adjust the sensors. Overall we would recommend!"

"Very spacious and easy to get to campus."

"This place is perfect for a family coming to Baton Rouge for a game weekend - or any other trip involving LSU. Extremely clean and spacious, and the location is super convenient to get to LSU. The neighborhood is safe, and I highly recommend it to families for game weekends.10/10"

"Only issue we had was traffic noise very early, worse during weekdays"

"House was very comfortable."

"Location made it easy to get to local ballparks and other activities. Property was very clean and comfortable. Backyard a must for the dogs. Covered parking. Kelly has been very accommodating and helpful."
