"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might...

"This was a wonderful property and Pat and Maura were excellent hosts. The property fit our needs perfectly and was a great spot from which we could explore the area. It was clean and well provisioned; the home-backed scones were a lovely surprise! Easy check in and check out. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it highly. "

"What a magical place. I almost don’t want to leave a review so it stays a secret. David and his family were beyond welcoming. The grounds are lush and well maintained. And the dogs…my goodness the sweetest ever!!! My friend and I didn’t want to leave. The only issue I had was that I’m 6ft and I bonked my head several times on the 300 yr old doorway into the kitchen. So, mind your head! "

"This was the perfect location and property for us as a family of 4 during our first trip to Ireland. David was a great host, giving us recommendations for things to do in town and local sites to visit. The cottage itself was comfy and adorable, and my kids loved waking up to check on Jake and Ted (the dogs) and the cows on the farm. We will definitely come back to this place in the future!"
