"I had a nice relaxing stay at the studio cottage. Perfect for a couple and close to downtown. I was visiting my son at the Citadel. Located in a safe neighborhood and the hosts were accommodating and super friendly. I only had one issue and that was the mold in the split AC/heating unit. I left a night early due to the issue. I brought it to the hosts attention and they were not aware of the mold and were going to take care of it before the next guests booked. Cute and private and would def rent...

"This Eugenia property is beautiful and decorated with sophistication and elegance. Just a minute walk to the beach! Communication with the property managers was amazing- very responsive! We enjoyed the pool and sunbathing on the deck, bicycling around the island and taking tennis and pickleball lessons. The shopping and dining on Kiawah Island and in Charleston are fantastic. We will be returning to this property! "

"This was perfect! 5 minutes to downtown Charleston, all on one floor (we are 3 seniors). Bedrooms were good sized with closet space and the beds were very comfortable. Galley kitchen is laid out well and there is a washer and dryer. Cute little screened porch and lovely back yard although we didn't use either of those. We were delighted with the accommodations and would definitely stay there again!"

"The kitchen had everything anyone would need, and even had a roomy built-in cupboard. Nice extras like plenty of dish/dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, fabric softeners, hair dryer, etc., plus the tasteful modern furnishings styled for comfy eating and lounging, AND a wonderful patio and backyard, all made for a perfect home away from home. The owner was super fast and responsive to questions. We would definitely go back. "

"The villa was very nice and well-equipped, with a spectacular view of the ocean. The Kitchen could use some additional cooking items for true cooking, and the handle on the outside screen door was broken, but otherwise everything was well done, and as advertised. One thing we'd recommend is small battery-operated lights in teh stairway - it was very dark the first night, so we bought a couple and left them for future guests."

"The host provided excellent communication throughout the process. The property was clean and exactly as the pictures depicted. Self check-in was simple. There were many small touches we appreciated - extra blankets, plenty of towels, creamer for the coffee as well as a nice selection of coffee and tea, free WiFi and plenty of options on TV with Netflix, YouTubeTV, Prime, etc. and umbrellas for our use - which we really appreciated with the heavy rains!
