"We enjoyed our stay and loved being on the lake. The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. I have never had that kind of trouble before. Also the 1000 damage deposit was not disclosed until after I booked the reservation. Overall the happy guest program felt like it was run by a bot,...

"We had an amazing stay at the Zen! The hot tub, the soaking tub along with all the cute details made our stay very comfy and cozy. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed."

"Nice clean room. Excellent location for our needs. Nice tavern on site. The only downside was that the room was just above the kitchen exhaust, and the smell in the room wasn't the greatest. I don't know if other rooms had this same issue."

"We stayed for 2 days, it’s super cute, so convenient to be able to cook cook instead of going out. Room is good size, we had a beautiful Mountain View, the bed is lil on firm side if you like that, and the shower had nice hot water with great pressure! Would stay again for sure "

"Lugar discreto, mas parecido com um B&B. Uma casa grande, antiga, com alguns quartos. Pode-se usar a cozinha para o café-da-manhã. Alguns itens são deixados à disposição. Sentimos falta do leite e "muffins", principalmente. No quarto só tem uma cadeira e faltam cabides. No entanto, apesar do ambiente aconchegante, nós, brasileiros sentimos falta de um atendimento presencial. Tudo é feito conforme instruções recebidas, mas sem qualquer contato humano."
