"My 1st visit the room was spotless but 2nd visit it smelled so bad was hard to stay and the carpet stained.
I give 5 stars as the staff are friendly, accomodating, helpful and amazing from reception to bar, to chef to waiting staff.
I haven't met the cleaning staff but I have done this type of work in the past and always appreciative, that is why I strip beds, fold dirty towels and empty rubbish bins. I hope to be given the same respect and I'll visit again surely:)"

"Brilliant place to stay with a young family. Nothing is too difficult for the staff. We had a bit of an issue with our first cabin with water seeping through the grout in the tiles in the kitchen, the team insisted we move and upgraded us to one of the new cabins as well as helping us move. The pool is incredible! Spa warm and main pool warm. The kids pool was a bit too cold for us but that didnt matter.
Playgrounds are great, basketball court amazing, free games on the deck daily and so much to...

"Esse hotel já deveria ter fechado há muito tempo. O lugar parece abandonado. Péssimo em todos os sentidos. Extremamente escuro e difícil de chegar aos quartos, que tem móveis velhos e ruins. Não tem nenhum serviço de quarto. Ninguém sequer trocou as toalhas no segundo dia e não havia ninguém para levar novas toalhas no quarto. A sugestão foi que eu fosse andando no frio, já que tinha que percorrer uma certa distância ao ar livre, para pessoalmente buscar toalhas novas.
Ninguém limpou o quarto,...

"Gostei bastante da estadia no hotel....realmente, aprecio muito ficar em hotéis que são na verdade apartamentos completos. Ponto alto do hotel foi o atendimento no check in e check out...super rápido e simpático. A arrumação do quarto é apenas ok...poderia ser melhor. "Great clean quiet hotel in a good location in Queanbeyan. Main shopping strip with some cafes and restuarants is around 10 minutes easy walk from the hotel. Located close to the local Aldi, K-mart, Woollies and Coles. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Room was clean and well appointed. I stayed on the top floor and was pleased to find a small lift available which made it much easier to take my bags up to the room and back down at check-in and check-out.
