Villa Edesia is a characteristic and welcoming three-story villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Edesia you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills. Villa Edesia is 240 square meters (2600 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 13 km (8.1 miles) from Acquapendente, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 4.5 km (roughly 2.8 miles), a grocery store at 13 km (roughly 8 miles) and the bus stop at 4.3 km (roughly 2.7 mile). You will reach Villa Edesia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Edesia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Edesia is along a 2.2 kilometers (1.4 miles) unpaved road.

As guests of Villa Edesia you will be able to take part, upon request and for a fee, in wine tours and excursions. You will also be able to arrange a private driver and hire boats on Lake Bolsena.


In the garden you will also find a paddle court.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.35 meters (4.4 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a stonework barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills.
Garden
The garden is 7000 square meters (75000 square feet) large. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the garden you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa and an armchair. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). There is a big fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone. Here you will find a game table. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has two windows.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through a brickwork arched opening. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table is in the kitchen island, and can accommodate three guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Half bath

Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an access area. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
