"Our stay at the Taj Taal was amazing, booking was easy, airport pickup was perfect, the room was gorgeous, but the best thing about our stay was the staff!! From the man who picked us up, to the women on the front desk who helped us with all the questions we had, and especially a man called Saud who was very kind and very helpful. So many hotel bathrooms I stay at in India are pathetic but not the case here. Also I had to check out at 3am and the staff helped me order a taxi to the airport (just a 5 min drive away at 3am) and carried my bag to the curb and talked to the driver for me since I only speak English.
