Online Check-In: The lead guest is required to complete our secure online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport to confirm the booking.

Security Deposit: We require a non-refundable security deposit of £45.00

Check-In/Out: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Late check-out is available for £20 per hour. Early check-in may be possible for £20 per hour, subject to availability and pre-approval.

Long Stays: For stays longer than 10 nights, an additional housekeeping service is required for an extra fee.
