A spacious 3 bedroom house situated in the popular American House area of East Legon.Property comprise of 3 ensuite bedrooms, large living & dining area, internal open courtyard, and a large kitchen.All bedrooms are en suite, fully furnished, with fan & air conditioner. It's located about 20 minutes drive from the airport with easy access to Accra Central, Labadi Beach & Oxford Street.It also provides easy access to getaways out of Accra such as Aburi, Central Region and Ada by the Volta River.

The space
Our housekeeper lives in his own quarters in an adjacent property and will not come into the main building without your invitation. He is available to help with any emergencies, and during your stay will look after the garden and manage the generator to ensure you have light during a power outage.

As an optional extra, our red, 4-seater Nissan Navara pickup truck is available for airport pick up and drop off and hire during your stay. The truck will be driven by the housekeeper who has a full Ghanaian Driving Licence.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to access all of the main living areas of the house, all 3 bedrooms and the garden.

There is one additional bedroom and the housekeeper's residence, both of which will be closed off to guests during their stay.
