Hold onto your seats. This is gonna be a long one. First of all, the friendliness of the staff that checks you in is a one star. There was no option for that in this survey. Second, the company that owns the specific apartments that we used are scammers. When I booked the room on Expedia, I got the one bedroom apartment. When I arrived, I was given a studio apartment, which is one room. I did not pay for that. It was not until we checked in that the owner of the apartment told me that the one bedroom wasn’t available, but that she would move me to a one bedroom the next day. She claims she tried to call me, but she did not. She didn’t even try to send me a message on Expedia, which you can do so. My number is clearly there as well as my other information. When I asked for a refund, she claimed she was going to refund me once we checked out. I called Expedia customer service and there Other department in regards to this because I got insurance to make sure that my experience would be good if something went wrong. Something indeed went wrong. If you book this particular apartment and this particular room, be very careful. It’s listed under. La can you read off what I sent you read off the what I sent you LaDade-Kotopon,GH. This isn’t the name of the company. This is a location. That should have been my first red flag. There are other companies that own apartments in this building so this does not reflect them. I’m still waiting for my refund.
